The City of Two Rivers Fire Department (TRFD) offers exciting opportunities for Paid-on-Premise (PoP) Paramedics and Firefighter/Paramedics to work alongside a dedicated team of career fire service professionals in a dynamic and progressive department. These part-time roles are ideal for certified EMS and fire personnel seeking flexible scheduling while gaining valuable experience in a career fire department environment.
PoP members respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency incidents, including fire suppression, advanced life support (ALS) medical calls, water rescues, and specialized rescue operations. Working under the direction of experienced officers and in collaboration with full-time staff, PoP personnel help enhance TRFD’s service delivery and community protection efforts.

Eligibility Requirements (subject to change):
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Current Wisconsin Paramedic License (required for Paramedic roles)
Firefighter I and Firefighter II Certification preferred (required for Firefighter/Paramedic role)
Completion of ICS 100/200, NIMS 700/800 preferred
Successful completion of a background check, physical exam, and drug screening
Ability to meet department physical fitness and training standards
