Staff Organization

The Fire Department is organized into various divisions. The Emergency Medical Service Operations Division is responsible for overseeing the Emergency Medical Services provided by the Two Rivers Fire Department. Staff personnel monitor the equipment and supplies used in providing care. The Department currently has 18 personnel licensed at the Critical Care Paramedic. All new personnel hired are trained to the level of Critical Care Paramedic and may be trained to other levels as assigned. 

Medical Direction is also a very important piece in providing care to the community. The Emergency Department Physicians at Aurora Medical Center assist in providing quality medical direction.  Dr. Christopher Painter serves as the Medical Director of The City of Two Rivers Fire Department and TEMS team. Dr. Painter is a hands on Medical Director who does monthly in station training and incident responses with duty EMS crews.
