Assistant Chief Chad Kakes

Assistant Chief Chad Kakes has been with the department full-time since 2005.  He was promoted to his current rank in September 2019.  AC Kakes is tasked with overseeing fire operations and his responsibilities include management of the following programs:  fire inspections, fire education, fire investigation, fire equipment and apparatus purchasing, PWC (personal watercraft rescue) program and fire operations and apparatus training.  AC Kakes also manages our computer fire training and fire reporting systems.
