Apply for New Service

Welcome to the area! We are pleased to be your utility provider. You can stop by our office at 1717 East Park Street, Monday through Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, and Friday 7:30 am - 11:30 am to complete a residential service application.  We will also need a copy of your drivers’ license when you apply for new service.

Small businesses requesting new service, please complete a business service application and call 920-793-5523 or stop by our office.
