Kozlowski Parking Lot Bike Trail Connection - SPRING 2026

The Kozlowski Parking Lot Bike Trail Connection Project will improve connectivity between the Kozlowski parking lot area and the regional trail network in Two Rivers.  The project will construct a new paved trail segment linking the parking area to Mariners Trail and nearby recreational routes.  This connection will provide a safer and more convenient access point for cyclists and pedestrians entering the trail system.  The improvement will also help reduce conflicts between trail users and vehicle traffic by creating a clearly defined route. 

The project supports the City's broader goal of expanding non-motorized transportation options and enhancing recreational infrastructure.  By improving access to the trail network, the project will encourage more residents and visitors to enjoy biking, walking and outdoor recreation along the lakeshore.  The connection will also strengthen linkages between downtown, parks and waterfront amenities.  Overall, the project represents a small but important investment in improving mobility, recreation, and quality of life in Two Rivers.
