City Hall Parking Deck Repairs - SUMMER 2026

The City Hall Parking Deck Repairs will address structural deterioration in the parking deck adjacent to Two Rivers City Hall.  The project focuses on repairing aging concrete surfaces, joints and other structural components that have experienced wear from decades of use and exposure to Wisconsin weather conditions.  These repairs are necessary to preserve the long-term integrity of the structure and prevent more costly reconstruction in the future.

Work will include targeted concrete repairs, sealing and waterproofing treatments and improvements to drainage areas that contribute to deterioration.  The project will also address minor surface issues that impact the safety and usability of the parking facility. 

Maintaining the parking deck is important because it provides convenient parking for residents visiting City Hall and other nearby downtown destinations.  This investment represents proactive infrastructure maintenance that extends the life of an existing public asset.  Completing these repairs now will ensure the facility remains safe, functional and reliable for years to come.
