This project includes milling the existing pavement and installing new asphalt pavement on the following streets:
- Emmet Street (17th Street to 22nd Street)
- 18th Street (Jackson Street to Emmet Street)
- 19th Street (Jackson Street to Emmet Street)
Work is expected to take place in early summer 2026.
