Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Change in Zoning

Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Two Rivers will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM, on Monday, August 1, 2022, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear from all interested parties regarding a proposed change in zoning for a 26 square foot area from B-1 Business District to R-3 Single and Double Family Residence District at 1723 East Street, described as follows:

Part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, according to the recorded Original Plat, City of Two Rivers, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 10; Thence N 00°06'42" W along the East line of said Lot 1, 60.29 feet to the North line of lands described in Volume 2964, Page 326; Thence S 89°53'57" W along said North line 22.50 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing S 89°53'57" W along said North line, 28.50 feet to the angle point of said North line; Thence N 76°00'36" W along said North line, 12.63 feet; Thence S 79°30'37"; E, 8.00 feet; Thence S 87°18'26" E, 32.93 feet to the point of beginning.

Said land proposed to be rezoned contains approximately 26 square feet as shown on the following map. The land proposed to be rezoned is intended to be added to the property at 1715 East Street in the R-3 District. Additional information is available upon request from the Inspections Department, City Hall.
