An event launching Fresh Water Press's Dial Down: Holistic Strategies to Move from Chaos to Calm by Raquel Durden.
Durden, a native of Two Rivers and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, draws from her work with women veterans and first responders to demonstrate how holistic strategies can be powerful tools for finding peace and balance.
Enjoy light refreshments, including recipes found in the book.
The Fresh Water Press was founded in February 2024 in Two Rivers, and specializes in books by writers who live in or write about the northeastern Wisconsin lakeshore.
