The June selection is Sisters of Mokama by Jyoti Thottam, the inspiring story of six American nuns who traveled to India in 1947 to start a hospital in a small town. The book follows their journey and the lives they touched, showing how their work helped train Indian women and change lives—including that of the author’s mother. July 2 selection: The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store by James McBride.
Pick up a copy at the front desk or drive-thru. The group meets the first Wednesday of each month. New members always welcome. For ages 18+.
