Crescent Textile Solutions is a family-owned U.S. manufacturer of custom yarn, roving, batting, and knitted fabric. Located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, on the western shore of Lake Michigan, Crescent Textile Solutions has been supplying custom textiles made from unique fiber blends for over 100 years. Whether you choose yarn or fabric, we weave our history, quality, and craftsmanship into every custom textile we produce! Building on a foundation of craftsmanship that began in 1923, we have set the standard for high-performance textile solutions by applying new, innovative techniques to provide custom, high-performance yarn and fabric made to precise customer specifications. We work with natural fibers such as wool, Merino sheep, alpaca, angora, bison, camel, cashmere, llama, mohair, bamboo, and silk, and synthetic fibers including nylon, acrylic, polyester, Nomex®, Kevlar® and Kanecaron® modacrylic. We produce roving that is sold for spinning, felting, or composite manufacturing operations. We also produce batting for large-scale industrial applications requiring thermal insulation or cushioning. We use some of the yarn we produce ourselves to manufacture specialty knitted fabrics for the safety, apparel, and sporting goods markets. Our technical staff regularly participate in the research and development efforts of our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance in making material recommendations.
