- Art Splash 1-3 p.m. The MESSIEST, most COLORFUL fun of summer: BIG painting & FOAM! Bring towels. Swimsuits and goggles? A-OK. Fuel up before the frenzy at the BRAT FRY. Art Splashers can’t go inside the library once the MESSY begins—so plan accordingly.
