Trick or Treat Safety Tips:
• Avoid masks that limit vision; use non-toxic face paint or makeup instead
• Make costumes and bags visible by using reflective tape or stickers
• Only cross streets at corners, follow traffic signals, and always look both ways
• Trick or Treat with a buddy or in a group
• Stick to familiar, well-lit neighborhoods and established routes
• Never go inside a stranger's home or car, and always stay on the porch when collecting treats
• Inspect all candy at home before eating it, discarding any unwrapped or homemade treats
