Wild Families: Hike Blazing Star Trail
Saturday, November 15, 2025 - 10:00am to 11:00am
Hike, sing, use binoculars, and explore this part of the preserve. Bring a backpack with an extra layer and a water bottle. Wear tennis shoes/hiking shoes and be prepared for slightly uneven ground. Hike is 0.75 miles.
Geared for ages 6-12, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Some portions of this program are led by staff while others are for families to explore on their own. Most of the program takes place outdoors.
Cost is $3 per child for WD members, and $4 per child for non-members. Payment is collected at the program (cash is preferred).
