Sound Immersion Meditation

Free event. A transformative sound experience: tones of crystal-infused quartz bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, and Koshi chimes. The harmonious sounds are designed to promote a profound state of relaxation. The event integrates the power of sound, intention setting, and meditation to unite mind, body, and spirit.
