Scholar for Life lecture features Hamilton Museum director

Dr. Peter Crabbe speaks on Creativity and Resiliency at the Lester Public Library’s next Scholar for Life program 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15.

The executive administrative director at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum discusses using creativity as a tool to navigate challenging times, and to enhance happiness and contentment. He offers examples from art, design, literature and real life that portray ways creativity has trumped challenges and limitations. He also describes theories of motivation that can help organizations encourage creativity and deep thinking.

 Crabbe has more than 30 years of experience in administration, leadership, and exhibits at museums with art-based missions, and holds a doctorate in educational leadership and organizational change.

Meet at the library fireplace for the discussion. Attendees are welcome to bring beverages.
