Through the tremendous power of on-the-ground volunteers, the Bald Eagle Nest Watch (BENW) program has gathered important information about the health, productivity, and nesting success of around 250 Bald Eagle nests in Wisconsin since 2018. Brenna Marsicek, director of outreach for Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance, describes what BENW volunteers look for, why the work matters, and how to get involved in the Manitowoc County area.

Fee: sliding scale of $3-$10/person (cash preferred).
