Calm & Restore Yoga

A soothing yoga class designed to help you unwind and recharge. Through slow, intentional movements and deep breathing techniques, this class focuses on movement, relaxation and mindfulness.
No yoga experience necessary.
$20 per class. Drop-ins are welcome. Bring a yoga mat (if you don't have one, they are available to borrow for use during class).
