Beer & Wood-fired Oven Pretzels Workshop @ Pinecrest

Many German immigrants settled in Wisconsin bringing their love of beer with them. Learn about the historical role of beer and discover how to make a pale ale with the Manty Malters Homebrew Club. Use local ingredients sourced from Briess Malting in Manitowoc.
Make a savory treat, too: oven pretzels. While the pretzels are baking, the mustards can be made, and beer samples can be shared.
For ages 21 and up. Fee: $50 per person; MCHS members get 15% off. Check in at the McAllister House Welcome Center by 8:45 a.m. Workshop fee also includes general admission for the day.
