AMANDA BARYENBRUCH APPOINTED
TWO RIVERS CITY CLERK/HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Amanda Baryenbruch of Newton has been appointed as  City Clerk and Human Resources Director for the City of Two Rivers.   She will begin her duties on February 14.

Ms. Baryenbruch has served for the past two years as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Manitowoc.   Prior to that, she served as Administrative Support Specialist in the Clerk’s Office for Manitowoc.

She earned an Associate Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College, with an emphasis in Human Resources and Compensation/Benefits.

She will be filling the position held for since October 2020 by Jamie Jackson.    Ms. Jackson recently left the City for a position with the Luxemburg-Casco School District.

Commenting on Ms. Baryenbruch’s appointment, City Manager Greg Buckley stated: 

“We are very happy to have Amanda joining our management team at the City of Two Rivers.    She is an outstanding young professional who has shown a commitment to public service, to advancing her skills and to implementing new technologies to improve customer service.”
